Health Care what is the Rush?

Ok what is the Rush to speed through Healthcare reform why can't it wait a bit. Is Obama Crazy? What is the freakin rush everyones lives rides on this and this guy wants to rush it?
im sensing a bigger problem with President Barack Obama and one of those things might be mental unstability!

Healthcare reform should take time and be done right!

Micheal Jackson furor

Well let me say a few things. Micheal Jackson was a extremely talented singer and tortured soul. Do i believe he molested young boys, actually no I don't. God only knows the truth. I beleive people telling him what he wanted to hear ripped him off.

Let him rest in peace and let god sort out everything on Micheal Jacksons life.

This affair will be like Elvis, I'm sure in the coming years there will be sightings of Micheal Jackson.

A bill entitled "The Edward M. Kennedy Serve America Act, an Act to reauthorize and reform the national service laws."current 111st session

Summary of H.R 1388:

The Edward M. Kennedy Serve America Act (formally the Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education (GIVE) Act) authorizes a dramatic funding increase for AmeriCorps and other volunteer programs, and the creation of new programs for seniors and veterans. It establishes a goal of expanding from 75,000 government-supported volunteers to 250,000, and would increase education funding and establish a summer volunteer program for students, paying $500 (which would be applied to college costs) to high-school and middle-school student who participate.
President Barack Obama signed the legislation on April 21, 2009. While it authorizes $5.7 billion over six years, Congress must still approve the funding as part of the budget.

OK my problem with this is your paying volunteers? wait people volunteers are volunteers not earning a living.

Obama and His Czar's

Obama now has 18+ Czar's is that a big deal?

The definition of the word Czar: Originally, the title Czar (derived from Caesar) meant Emperor in the European medieval sense of the term, that is, a ruler who claims the same rank as a Roman emperor, with the approval of another emperor or a supreme ecclesiastical official.

Does that scare you, It Should! I thought this was the United States and we are represented by our elected officials? To be fair Czar's have been around since President Nixon and actually during FDR's regime they were called Dictator's because they do not report to anyone other than the president. this only reporting to the President is a power grab by the excutive branch that should be curbed by Congress or the Supreme Court.

Hitler was elected by the people but there were no effective checks on his power and he went on to become the most evil dictator in the 20Th Century. Our Supreme Court and Congress need to equalize their power with the President to restrict future power grabs by our Presidents and they better do it soon. Failure to do so will result in people like me having to go underground in order to use my 1st amendments right of free speech. Also failure to do so will lead to the United State's being lead into government control of industry, with pay controls and for the first time in the history of this country companies will flee this oppressive regime. this has already started with the union takeover of the auto industries GM and Chrysler the unions special interests were put ahead of the secured bondholders at the urging of the Obama administration. Who would invest in Bond in United States corporations anymore?

Wake up people, Wake up congress, Wake up Supreme Court! More is coming this is only the beginning! Remember the unions in Mexico were given supreme powers and look at the conditions of that country!

A New Vision from the Average Roger

OK let's do a Obama and solve it all! except we will do it with less money than we spent during Reagan's era.

Right now its a 9 point plan(revised 5/15):

1). Phase out the Great Society programs(Welfare, Medicaid):

• 10 year plan to transfer over the care of the indigint to Charities
• provide tax credit program for donating to the Charities
  

2). Phase out New Deal programs(Social Security, Medicare):

• Make monies deposited to 401K tax free when you withdraw
• Allow for a retirement healthcare tax credit account.

3). Tort reform limit medical lawsuits not due to neglect.

• Make lawyers pay court costs for taking frivilous lawsuits
• Medical damages to be paid for negligent healthcare only

4). Dump Government research funding

• If its profitable someone will do it.
• When we provide the research funding where is the discount for american citizens?

5). No federal funding of Education.

• Move funding of education to the local level.
• States can provide funding as as part of state regulations.
  

6). No Socialized healthcare

• Change drug co-pay to a co -insurance system so people shop around forcing competition.
• Allow tax free health accounts that rollover year after year so younger people can accumulate insurance monies for older years.
• It's this or tax every bad habit or so called bad habit you have.

7). Term limts for the following politicans

• Congressmen change to 4 year terms and allow only 2 terms
• Senate 2 6 year terms also

NY state legislature:

• Senate and Assembly and Governor all 4 year terms and only 2 terms.

8). Tax Reform

• Tax income (while your earning a income you should pay taxes when your out of work you shouldnt pay anything)
• no tax on corporations profits they just pass it down to the consumer.
• no more taxes on the cost of producing goods
• no more sin taxes ..let us live!
• no more property taxes .... let us own our property!

9). Simple Budget Reform

The government should get its act together and not be allowed by law to run a deficit for more than one year at a time and within two years of running a deficit have that deficit paid off.

another words .......Balanced budget!
